About the Program

Parts returned for credit must be received within 10 days of the date of the sale, be in resaleable condition, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Absolutely no returns on electrical or special ordered parts. No return or refund without the original invoice.

 

You received a defective part

WARRANTY: If a part is defective the Honda warranty is 12 months/12,000 miles (whichever comes first) from date of purchase. Re-manufactured parts are 3 years/36,000 miles. If a part is defective it can be warrantied at any Honda dealer. Bring the part and your invoice to a dealer and the dealer must do a spare part, over the counter warranty. This assumes the part is truly defective and not damaged or faulty due to installation error etc.

There is no return on the following parts or condition of parts:

  • Parts that are installed or damaged
  • Part received by you at least 10 days ago
  • There are no returns on electrical parts, fuel related parts, bare engine or cylinder head assemblies, SRS parts (including seat belts/buckles)
  • Any kits must be complete.
  • Any part that has been taken out of its sealed packaging
  • Any part that has been installed already, even if only to test fitment.
  • Any part with the OEM part label missing, or unreadable
